How ClockedFlow works
Everything the apps do, in the order you meet it: recording a session, tidying the calendar, planning with to-dos, setting rates, and letting the month invoice itself. The same on the Mac, the iPhone and the web.
The shape of the app
The main screen is the record screen: a clock, the project and to-do the session is about, and Start. Every other place opens beside it from the navbar and closes back to it:
- Calendar opens the day on the left. Expand it for the week, the month or the year.
- Projects opens your projects with their to-dos on the left.
- Insights opens on the right: a heatmap of focused hours and where in the day they fall.
- Settings opens on the right: profile, account, add-ons and the Mac app's options.
The left and right sides are independent, so the day's calendar can stay open while you read Insights or change a setting. At phone width the same places live in two sidebars instead.
