No account needed
The desktop and mobile apps work the moment you open them, and keep working with no connection at all: your clients, projects and hours live on the device. Pick how you use ClockedFlow — plain time tracking, or paid client work — add a project, press start. Nothing asks for an email.
When you want the same timer on your laptop and your phone, create a free account from inside the app. Everything you have tracked comes with it.
The only paid feature is invoicing
Tracking, the calendar, clients, projects, templates, exports and sync are free with no limits. When you send an invoice and your client pays it online, ClockedFlow keeps 1% of that payment through Stripe. Print it or mark it paid by hand and there is nothing to pay at all.
Installing on a Mac
Open the downloaded .dmg and drag ClockedFlow into
Applications. The build is signed and notarized, so it opens without
any security warnings. On first launch you can choose whether ClockedFlow
also lives in the menu bar and starts at login; both are in Settings
→ Desktop later.
The iPhone beta
The iPhone app is in beta testing ahead of its App Store listing. Tap the App Store button above, leave your email, and we will send you early access through TestFlight as places open. Install TestFlight from the App Store, open the invite on your phone, and ClockedFlow installs like any other app.
