Changelog
What changed in each release of ClockedFlow, newest first. The download page has the newest Mac build.
0.3.215 2 November 2026
- Try ClockedFlow in the browser without an account, with trial limits, and keep what you tracked when you sign up. "Try it out" goes straight to the timer.
- The Android app works, and is in a closed test on Google Play.
- Projects and to-dos are redesigned, with misc. as the default home for quick sessions.
- The task card above the timer folds down into an icon, on the web, the Mac and the phone.
- The timer screen has a solid sky in the website's light and dark colours, without the "Focus" and "Pause" labels or the drifting clouds.
- Sign-up refuses privileged account fields, and public invoice links show only what the invoice needs.
0.3.186 31 October 2026
- Start a session without choosing anything: it goes to a "misc." project, created the first time.
- Focused mode: while a session runs, the header's icons give way to one focus ring holding the project, the task and the session's details.
- The timer sits on a horizon sky, cream by day and dusk at night.
- The timer's text is plainer: no curly braces, no "Ready" and no horizon lines.
0.3.181 29 October 2026
- The record screen is the home screen, with a new ring that marks each minute of a session.
- One timer and Pomodoro behave the same on the web, the Mac, the menu bar and the phone.
- Start a session without a project and sort it afterwards.
- On the Mac, the left and right panels open independently, and the session controls stay visible with a panel open. The navbar has Calendar, Projects, Record, Insights and Settings.
- The calendar's day view runs from midnight.
- Onboarding is shorter.
- The website is redesigned, with new screenshots and a documentation section.
0.3.146 26 October 2026
- ClockedFlow moves to clockedflow.app, and your account to account.clockedflow.app.
- Pomodoro gets a break setting, automatic alternation between focus and breaks, and presets you can change mid-session.
- The session screen shows the task as its title and a dial that fills as you work. Choose which screen is your main one; the session opens over any of them.
- To-dos are redesigned: Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Anytime, Someday and the Logbook, with headings, deadlines, checklists, tags and repeats, on the web, the Mac and the phone.
- To-do reminders arrive as notifications on the phone.
- Insights sit under the session: a month at a glance, focus charts and a heatmap.
- Automatic invoicing can be set per project, with a preview of the next invoice and a Send now button, on the phone too.
- New type throughout: IBM Plex Sans on a calmer scale.
0.3.97 23 October 2026
- A pause taken while the start of a session was still syncing is no longer lost.
0.3.92 22 October 2026
- The app is one page with drawers, and has a Pomodoro session screen.
- Take a break, Pause and Finish work the same on the web, the Mac, the menu bar and the phone.
- The phone gets Pomodoro presets and a pause-only session screen.
- The Claude Code add-on on the Mac only tracks projects you have given a local folder.
- The calendar's tasks sidebar keeps done tasks.
0.3.83 20 October 2026
- A full-width header with an account menu, the calendar under the navbar, and redesigned projects.
- The calendar has a sidebar of open tasks by project.
- The website takes signups for the invite-only iPhone beta.
- The Mac installer window matches the website's look.
0.3.73 20 October 2026
- Clocked is now called ClockedFlow.
- The website limits requests per visitor and sends security headers, and the web app no longer ships source maps.
0.3.61 18 October 2026
- The first build from the release pipeline: the Mac app, signed and notarized, alongside the iPhone app and the web app.
- Each project has its own to-do list, on the web, the Mac and the phone.
- One brand on every surface: paper, ink and ember.
- Delete your account yourself from Settings on the web, the Mac and the phone.
- The iPhone app signs up, edits account settings and adds time entries by hand.
